Anyone out there dizzy too?
I’ve been saying to my other half for the last week or so that I feel a bit dizzy and that at times I felt as if the world around me was moving - or the bed was when I was lying down. I seem to be better if I’m sitting up and even walking although I know I’m kind of focused on straight ahead and have

Microsuction has made my ear worse
I'm gutted as I have made my left ear worse by stupidly agreeing to have microsuction, and this has now caused hissing (like crickets) in my ear 24/7. I can hear it above everything else, and it is really bad when quiet like when sleeping. It also seems that the procedure has made my ear very sensitive

New Here, with Old Tinitus
Hi All, Graham here, I just joined. I have this Tinitus for about 5 years or more. Never a day go's by when it is not screaming in my ears. I have been for several hearing tests, but they all say it is hearing damage, coupled with growing old. I am 62 I like many others get very little sleep at night

Nanogen - product range for thinning hair
Like many, I've been losing hair after years of methotrexate and it's started to become an issue, because instead of being bouncy with a bit of kick, what's there just looks flat. My hairdresser suggested I switch to volumising hair products which I did, but not much improvement. The other day I noticed

Guaifenesin
I’m on Seratide 250/50 and fexofenadine for my cough variant asthma. This is the worst time of year for me with the start of the spore season. I have started taking Guaifenesin to try and break down the mucus as I’m drowning in the stuff! I’m just wondering if others have gone this route or what they

Does this sound like psoriasis?
Firstly I apologise because I know the ‘do I have x’ posts can be annoying but I do intend to see my doctor soon! I’ve had itchy, dry skin for some time. Most of the itchy areas are either aesthetically normal, or slightly hyperpigmented with a pinkish-brown shine to them. My elbows, neck, behind my

Could less than 10 seconds of microsuction have caused noise damage?
I've had tinnitus since a family party in a hotel with live music in 2012. That was in October, but by Christmas it had quietened down and no longer caused me any distress. This summer it has increased slightly just by attending a couple of social events that weren't particularly loud. On 20th July
