You cant win with pmr. If you get a good thing happen because of pred like finger nails growing then you lose something like balance. I wouldn't mind being immune to sea sickness. Even after nearly 20 years of scuba diving I can still embarrass my self in front of students by being sick over the rib edge!!
And that can be contagious. By myself, I inspired a boat full of seasoned sailors to lose their breakfast...
