Treatment. Most of the time, vertigo resolves without treatment, as the brain can compensate for changes to the inner ear to restore someone's balance. Medications, such as steroids, can reduce inner ear inflammation, and water pills can reduce fluid buildup.

I found this article and it's strange that steroids can reduce inner ear inflammation. Enough said 😱

When I was on a choppy cruise on 18mg I seemed to be unusually resistant to seasickness and car sickness . I’ve lost that superpower now I’m down to single figures but don’t have any ear symptoms at all

You cant win with pmr. If you get a good thing happen because of pred like finger nails growing then you lose something like balance. I wouldn't mind being immune to sea sickness. Even after nearly 20 years of scuba diving I can still embarrass my self in front of students by being sick over the rib edge!!
