Anxiety dizziness ear pain neck shoulder and jaw pain can't relax any one else suffer from this

Yes Masom, all the time.

Jaw pain from clenching, ringing in my ears, neck, shoulder and back pain, unbalanced feeling. Makes me feel sick and upsets my stomach.

It's all muscle tension, although I know what it is, it doesn't stop me feeling bad.

Yes yes yes. The jaw pain is excruciating. I’m always thinking it’s something else. The dizziness too. I wonder if I should give up my license sometimes because the dizziness is so severe.

Have you been offered medication, I tried it and I felt so much worse, I have started a bit of yoga people say it helps and also correcting posture and deep breathing exercises

Nope. But I take excedrin migraine and that sometimes helps with the dizziness. Dramamine also helps with the vertigo and dizziness. It’s so random when it’s severe so honestly I just try to rest when it’s really bad.

Hi hope your ok have you tried a magnesium supplement at all and do you get sore eyes and blurry vision

I am doing very well. I did try magnesium but I’m not sure it made too much of a difference. I do get sore eyes. Maybe you have dry eyes or something. Are you on the computer a lot? I have severely dry eyes and if I’m not keeping up with my eye drops it my eyes really hurt and I have blurry vision. But I also get that with anxiety so who knows lol

Can I ask you what medication you take at the minute I'm really struggling exhausted jaw pain dizziness, so anxious also I don't leave the home, do you get chest pain

What is your jaw pain like?

It comes in all different types. Sometimes it almost feels like I have a ton of taste buds in my jaw and they’re tasting something salty. Other times it’s a radiating pain. Most of the time it feels like someone is slamming my jaw with a hammer right near my TMJ. But this pain started after I got my wisdom teeth removed and my oral surgeon says the pain is just apart of the healing process. Also, I’ve noticed that I clench my teeth in my sleep pretty badly which doesn’t help.
