Otomize ear spray

Have I damaged my ear further by using Otomize ear spray? I also go to the gym a lot, do classes in a studio and spinning. Should I use ear plugs? A friend recommended silicone ear plugs which staying better than others when moving around. Thanks.

Anyway I just wanted to post this to stop anyone else making the mistake of using Otomize ear spray especially if they already have tinnitus.

I was prescribed this spray due to pain in my ear, which the doctor said was due to slightly inflamed ear canal. I cannot stand this spray. At first it seemed that my ear got better but then it started to feel all clogged and irritated everytime I sprayed, like a burning sensation.

HiI have an outer ear infection in both ears and I've been prescribed Otomize ear spray but it's making me feel really sick when I use it, has anyone else had this experience? I don't know if it's helping my tinnitus as I only started taking it yesterday afternoon.

I was on Synarel nasal spray ang Menopur 600IU, the maximum dose. I also got my full period about 1 week before egg collection to which the doctor said, your uterine line was shedding as it was weak. So we'll freeze the embryos & not do fresh transfer.

It looks like the synarel nasal spray didn't work. Anyone else had similar situation ever?

My tinnitus started 3 months ago on one side only after an ear infection. I usually take piriton now for hayfever. Obviously I know a lot of tablets are ototoxic. Do any of you take antihistamines? If so which ones? Do you find it affects your tinnitus?

Lovely to meet you all. Just finished my Zopiclone pills from GP for early stage tinnitus. Very good but other aids e.g. Night Nurse not so helpful. Any recommendations for over the counter options that have really helped your night's sleep? Cheers
