New to CMT
After two years bouncing from 1doctor/specialist my primary care doctor sent me to the University of Florida. There a wonderful neurologist quickly diagnosed me with CMT. That was my beginning of knowing what I was dealing with. I have been bed-ridden for over 2 years using a walker or wheel chair. A

Anyone use MSM supplements?
A recent thyroid book I read suggested that it was a supplement worth considering. “The complete thyroid health and diet guide” They also recommend taurine, calcium d-glucarate and milk thistle. All the other items on their lists I know more about and these are recommended more widely. Any feedback

Hi Guys. Happy new year. Well I entered the new year with pain. The unusual has now become the norm this days. Does it ever get better? One days peace means you have to spend the next five days paying for the one good day. I can’t even take my dog for a walk and kids won’t do it either. Sent my pip

MCT oil offers a few more ketones than CO but Ketone ester has just been made available for purchase. This is a distilled essence of the powerful property that

Intrusive thoughts- why do they stick?
I've recently been diagnosed with OCD, despite having no previous mental health issues in the past. My intrusive thoughts are somewhat dark and cause a great deal of anxiety, and often feelings of depression/ hopelessness. After countless research and support from my mum I was able to book a session

Day 2 - Continuing Naproxen
Today was my day off. I woke up a little late but was pleasantly surprised to find my knee ache levels were low, although my fingers were a little stiff. I could follow my morning routine without pain...gripping my toothbrush wasn't a problem, walking down the stairs wasn't a chore, sitting down for

Hi community members, I just want to get a feel for what I'm experiencing. I think I'm in the process of recovering from my third and most destructive bout of depression. This episode has lasted for over two years. I've noticed that food tastes better (or rather tastes how it should again); colors

CPAP & AF
Now this is odd one I know as I hit upon this quite accidentally. 9.30am the old thumps and bumps started and sure enough I was in AF - HR 100-130 ish, I can usually function until it goes over 150+ so I carried on. About 90 mins later it obviously wasn’t going away and I was getting breathless so
