Mother has non-stop dizzy spells - unless lying down
Over the past several months my mother (80yo) has been experiencing continuous dizzy spells. She has been to several ENT - who seem to have ruled out vertigo, sleeping with a CPAP, tried acupuncture, stays hydrated but the medical community seems bewildered as to what it may be - im looking for solutions

Early Hypo/Hashi's Complicated By Adrenal/Low Cortisol
Greetings everyone: Finally got fed up with my family doctor who knows nothing and went two routes - endocrinologist (my doctor reluctantly gave a referral) and naturopath. Symptoms I have just about every symptom of hypothyroidism I have ever read and I am confirmed Hashi's by antibodies and ultrasound

Cpap, copd?
cpap, copd. My Dr prescribed cpap, even though I am low risk. After 8 days I could no longer expand my lungs to breathe, oxygen dropped from 98 to 94, 2 days woke up with headache, became lethargic, didn't care if my hair was combed etc. I quit using it after 8 days. That was 3 weeks ago, still have

Getting rid of EBV?
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s. The endocrinologist I see tested for past EBV infection as suspected something else contributing to my symptoms. And the test results say I have a past infection. He says there’s not much I can do other than to rest, and believes 8 weeks off work would help. I’m not averse to

Any help is appreciated - High anxiety
For some reason I am constantly thinking that I am going to die. When I really think about it I can't reason it. The thought seems so strange. I constantly feel my heart skip a beat/palpitations. Just yesterday I felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder blade/back. It really caught me off guard and I instantly

Does anyone have any info on endometriosis and peri menopause/menopause?
I am currently peri menopausal and I’m experiencing symptoms in relation to the lowering of oestrogen. I have not had a period for a year, I’ve had dry eyes, hair loss, forgetfulness, mind fog, emotional and low mood. My GP recommend St Johns Wort and isoflavon herbal supplements, which I’ve been on

Anyone using MSM in their protocol, if so why? Ran across these articles & looked promising. Especially if you have Osteoarthritis to boot. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30339981 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30316071

Question re: Sleeping meds for insomnia?
Hi: I just moved from Boston to California and my new primary is a PA who at my 2nd visit in 2 weeks (very taxing, a bit overkill & ? Insurance abuse) - typically I saw my old primary once a year=wellness, flushot etc! Anyhow original cancer was in 2010–hate opioids so I’ve dealt with post surgical pain

Camping with panic attacks
It's about 68 degrees with a cool breeze. I'm supposed to be camping. I told my friends I'd meet them at this spot that's an hour and a half away. Kids are looking forward and so is my wife. I was going to white knuckle it and just go. All it took was my wife saying " We're not going to get there until
