Meditation questions

Can your soul be taken over when meditating? Does it allow spirits inside you good or bad?

Is there such thing as a guardian angel? Is it okay to speak or try to communicate wth such being?

Is anxiety demonic? I ask this because anxiety steers me away from religion and in the bible it says that satan has workers to manipulate your mind and path.. so many questions so little time..

Anxiety is fear and worry. It will show itself in whatever way will scare you. I'm not religious but I don't think anxiety will lead to possession. And if speaking to your guardian angel or higher power you believe in helps you, I say do it.

Let me clear my post up..

I am not suggesting that anxiety will lead to posession im asking if anxiety is a form of evil.. or evil doing clearly its not but its just a thought i figured if it was an evil type of thing maybe I needed to cleanse my soul

I dont usually meditate anymore due to it sometimes causing me more anxiety afterwards as I feel i leave my body and it gives me mixed signals ill feel great but feel massive amounts of fear or worry when i "come to"

I feel religion is the main reason of my anxiety because i fear where i go at the end of this life its so hard to remove this fear after its been emgraved via religion.. your always told you sin you go to hell.. and that sin is not removeable as we constantly sin and are made to sin its such a confusing topic...

kev, I was brought up very religious, but it's not religion that gets me through these bad times as much as it is in believing in myself. That I have the strength through a higher power to cure myself if I so choose. I personally don't think of anxiety as being demonic or the working of the devil but rather coming from the chemical imbalance in our brains

When meditating I only allow good positive thoughts to enter my mind. I believe in what I am saying to myself. I will feel better using no negative sayings. Affirmations help as well as thinking about powerful influences in my life that make me not feel so alone.

I know that I CAN and WILL reverse anxiety thru Acceptance, that it is just that, an anxious thought producing physical symptoms. I think hard and strong about the symptom while deep breathing and feeling it reverse within moments. I will no longer allow my mind to be controlled by anyone else or anything else. I am in control of my life except for death.

Stay strong kev... anxiety doesn't have to be that deep a question. The answers are in front of us, within us to win. Believe
