Hello
I am much better these days at managing my anxiety due to finding the proper medication and learning about cbt and getting into
meditation
and mindfulness. It is something I will deal with my whole life, but doing something about it is so much better than the alternative.

I fear death
I tried
meditation
, I watched a lot of videos talking about the subject and apperently a lot of people don´t fear it and I want to be like this. My life is doing great, but I feel something bad taking my body, my soul. I want to feel better, I feel spiritual pain and now, my body hearts.

Most are related to dry cases and non chronic and not on both eyes, he seems to have the worst-case scenario conditions,,,, any light on this would be very helpful, we just don't know what to do/expect, its extremely sad and has already tried all natural alternatives, gym,
meditation
, diet, counseling

Therapists seem to only say 'CBT' (aka delude yourself into thinking things are better than they are while your pain sensors say the opposite), prayer/
meditation
, breathe, breathe and breathe some more, go get exercise, and eat right.

My progression is stopped for now. Here's my regimen update 1. How I stopped SCA1.
It is rich in cruciferous vegetables, lean protein (including salmon), and low in carbs. 3) fasting daily for 13 hours and eating my main meal several hours before bed. 4) yoga/flexibility stretching and

5) supplements/foods: once a week .1 g powdered mannitol taken intranasally 25 g trehalose

Lets All Share What We Do To Cope?
It has just occurred to me and I just thought it would be a nice idea for us to all share what we all do to help us cope distractions books to read, feel-good films
meditation
etc whatever your thing is might give people new ideas of new things to try.

Chicken and egg - gut and arrhythmias
Normally, I can shift ectopics with breathing,
meditation
and/or exertion but not these current blighters and they are triggering the tachycardia. Has anyone got a view on this subject please as I’m cheesed off with it - and to cap it all, we are snowed in! 😀

Trouble sleeping?
Try a guided
meditation
online. Another video I like (I know this is counter-intuitive to my "Logoff" statement but hear me out) s called "Marconi Union- Weightless (official video).
