Can you be kind to yourself today and do something nice for yourself?

Part of self care is taking care of our physical and mental health yet its deeper than that. Nurture the whole Self. Grow ing in awareness self reflection is an important tool yet feedback is also important. Meditation music meds expressive art etc.. All of these things can contribute to your healing. The mind body soul spirit thoughts emotions its all interconnected and when several parts are struggling or sick its harder to heal and recover. Take one step at a time and I'm inviting you. Challenging you to do something nice today for yourself. Please share what it was because self care is vital and you may help someone else by sharing.

Hi. Great post👍. Meditation in silence is self care. Mumbling mantra all day is feeding your ego. Enjoy the silence of the mind. Accepting reality and practicing gratitude . 🙏
