Exam Stress!!

Basically I have two really big exams next week and I put a lot of pressure on myself to do extremely well.. how do you guys deal with exam related stress? I tried to whole meditation and breathing but it didn’t help and I’m sick of being told to just “study and not worry about it” because I physically can’t just not worry about it
