Practise and all is coming.

Two key foundations of any meditation are these:

*connection to your breath

*awareness of your body - the sacred container that allows you experience life

So let yourself explore, if this is a newer idea to you, what your current relationship is with your breath. And how at peace you are with your body. In the moment. So old narratives and judgements can start to loosen.
