Severe Neck Pain after VM
I plan on going to the
massage
therapist whom I have used a long time and I trust. Something is just bothering me about this. As usual the doctors have brushed me off. I am just wondering, could this be the last part of the illness flaring up?

I have also tried to make my own essential oil
massage
cream (coconut oil and peppermint/Lavendar) and this hasn’t worked.

Does active anal activity increase PSA?
Does anyone know if prostate
massage
or anal play can increase the PSA in normal prostate cells, say before a PSA test? If so can this change the test results?

What's the best way to relieve sore muscles?
On the other hand, sports
massage
marginally reduces soreness, some studies suggest, although the overall effect is “too small to be clinically relevant,” a systematic review of
massage
-related studies concluded in 2012. Ditto for arnica.

Completed a charity walk 🎉🎉🎉
We managed to raise nearly £1900 for the
massage
therapy department at the hospital which hold a special place in my heart. You have to be clinically referred for specialist massages in hospital and I truly believed these massages which manipulated my very swollen legs helped me walk again.

Last week I went for a

and I have also downloaded some fitness and yoga courses that I can easily do at home. The website where I found them is www.blindalive.com.

Constant Muscle Pain, 10 years and counting, Undiagnosed
Even the
massage
therapists or chiropractors I've seen over the years have no clue what could be causing it. They just think it's strange and don't get why I don't go red or bruise much during the sessions pfft.

Exhausted and struggling to stay positive
I have tried acupuncture,yoga and
massage
. I plan my leave out and buy extra to try and always have a break on the horizon. I also have depression which just compounds things. If anyone has any tips on how to move forward I would be grateful.

With clean hands strongly
massage
the cabbage until brine covers the cabbage. If you can't squeeze enough to cover add pure water to cover the cabbage. Put a weight on top so the cabbage is fully submerged. I use a plate with something heavy on it.

Time for a big ol’ update me thinks!
I get very lightheaded when moving my neck or trying to
massage
it which leads me to believe that this may be hugely contributing to my problems. I just have no idea what to do about it, as NOTHING I do seems to help.

Injury couch 😢
At last I've been to see the physio to have what I thought was a tight ITB confirmed 😪 Still I have a sheet of exercises to do (I'm thinking of it as homework 😊) and the
massage
she gave my leg was sooo painful but in a sadistic way as she definitely hit the spot!!!
