I have been looking forward to this all week! My oven-grilled wings with oven-baked chips and mushrooms with frozen peas!!! 470KCals and so scrumptious!
2 chicken wings brushed lightly with BBQ sauce - 210 KCal
120 potatoes sliced as chips - 125 KCal
1tsp olive oil - 42 Kcal
80g mushrooms - 18 KCAl
100g frozen peas - 68 Kcal
Method:
Put 1tsp of olive oil into a freezer bag; place in potato slices and mushrooms and massage in oil. Place onto baking tray and dust lightly with vegetable stock cubes for flavour.
Place wings on same tray and bung into the oven for 30 minutes. Turning every 10 minutes.
