Lots and lots of stretching and plenty of massage and today I got back on the road, 5k very very steady and prepared to call it a day at the 1st sign of discomfort but did it no problem but a very steady pace of 9.15 per k

Plenty of stretching after and a bit more massage, couple of rest days to make sure and onwards and upwards
