knee relief
has anyone found a device to help with knee pain, eg heat/
massage
device? My osteoarthritis in my knees has got progressively worse over the last few months and I struggle to stand up from a sitting position.

What to expect when you quit smoking
Ask your partner or a friend for a shoulder
massage
. Try some gardening. Put on some hand cream. Do a jigsaw puzzle or crossword. Peel an orange. Think about the reasons you’re quitting and envision a positive future.

A success story
The consultant first thought I had cheated the test as he had previously shown me how to temporarily reduce my pressures with an eyeball
massage
. He figured I'd been doing this in the waiting room before the appointment.

Tell me about your Sports Massage…did it help?🤔🤞
My physio has suggested I have a sports
massage
, to see if some of this residual tightness can be released. She has recommended a colleague of hers - apparently a runner herself and has also been a Team GB Triathlete!

I told her that my
massage
therapist suggested that I ask for a muscle relaxant. I had to wait for the GP to prescribe them but I am not sure that they have helped. In fact, I have been wondering if they might be the cause of me losing control of my bladder. Has anyone else experienced this?

I messed up
Another 2 months passed and I tried to deal with the symptoms using heat pads,
massage
guns, cbd oil etc, while tapering down kratom. When it became unbearable I decided to stop cold turkey. And this I did.

WEEKLY CHAT 5TH FEB - 11 FEB: Warming Up
I am ok on in-between run maintenance; every other day
massage
ball, muscle warm up and then stretches, plus a weekly swim..and Molly walks of course. But, that leads me to another question; how does anyone with a young family and/or job fit all of this in? Enough of my rambling.

Medscape article on RLS
Simple strategies to relieve an episode of RLS include walking, stretching and
massage
of the affected limbs, use of heat with heat pads or a hot bath, or relaxation exercises.

WEEKLY CHAT: 26 February to 3 March
I have since done calf raises, clams and various stretches and have battered my calf with a
massage
ball to try to slacken things off. The pain has gone now, but I have yet to test it with a run. I will see what tomorrow brings. I am wondering whether this is an older runner thing.

Stabbing/shoting pains.
Hi there, I often get a very tender pain to my right ear and simply
massage
gently and pain dissappears. However, Tuesday evening got the same pain accompanied with stabbing/shooting pains to the right of my head./ temple. The pain isn't constant but the pain stops me in my tracks.
