Leg Cramps
These are leaving me with sore legs for days after and I thank god my husband has been on hand on a couple of occasions to
massage
them hard for me. Could this be a symptom of PV or a side effect of Pegasys ? Taking extra magnesium doesn’t seem to help unfortunately.

Recovery and relapse
I keep telling myself that if I just do some stretching exercises, have a
massage
, rest etc etc I can overcome, live with this.

Gabapentin and night time waking
I manage to get back off with moving,
massage
gun etc.. but would like to eliminate this night time RSL. Would you hold back 600mg to when I wake up would that work not sure this medication works straight away or slower release? Or should I switch to pregabalin maybe? Any ideas welcome.

I'm so tempted to
massage
it all day. But I didn't notice any skin breakout, however there may have been one or two sensitive red spots directly underneath the penis shaft/head.

PMR or Arthritis?
I’m not happy to take NSAIDs long term and I am now thinking of acupuncture and
massage
. I do 30 mins of stretching and yoga type exercises every morning as well as those advised by the physio, though this can be hard with the stiffness.

TMJ likely?
Massage
helped. Did chewing gum test today - sore to chew still on right side but from the outset; no worse after three minutes and no headaches or other symptoms. This does not seem like claudication to judge from accounts given here. Fingers crossed.

I think Tramadol has caused my RLS
I only had to get out and pace around a bit and use my
massage
gun twice. I was really surprised that I didn't have restless legs at 6 and 7am like I've been having with Tramadol.

Has anyone heard of Parsonage Turner Syndrome? Out of interest.
The sports
massage
she did was great, I’d have a few hours of respite from the pain. she concentrated under my arms, which sounds weird now . Was the pain she caused preferential than the original pain?

Walking after a meal
I still am wearing a compression sleeve but the calf felt great, especially after its cross-fibre
massage
earlier in the day. The meal was great, with also some added aperitifs ahead.

Success Story (so far, anyway)
Docs were a little useless but again research here helped a lot, and I slowly weaned off of it- took 6-8 months to fully get off the drug, and meanwhile tried the usual range of medications and alternative therapies- klonopin, gabapentin, pregabalin, iron tablets, iron infusions, acupuncture, deep

PMR Review with GP
He winced when I mentioned my jaw and I said that I didn't have any other symptoms of GCA and when I explained more, he considers it to be the temporomandibular thing and encouraged me to continue with the
massage
I have been doing, even if it feels sore.

Are you lacing your running shoes too tightly?
I know the exercises, I have the
massage
balls and shoe inserts, but more importantly I'm not tieing my laces so tightly and now I'm running comfortably once more. This morning's super cold run was glorious as the sun was rising. Great to do some intervals and get some speed going to warm up.

* Love your feet, with a great, moisturising
massage
and if you are feeling flush... a pedicure can be a little treat for your feet! There we go... simple! Looking after our feet is one of the best things that we are able with very little effort, to do.

AF and massage
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody has had any effects after having a
massage
with AF? There are so many conflicting stories on Google whether it's safe etc so I was just wondering if anyone has any info about it. Thanks 😊

I’m back 😃😁🤸🏼♀️🤸🤸🏾♂️
Now on to my cross-fibre
massage
, which I have done daily in the last few days, and I think these are also a game changer. So I’ll take it slow, but I am on my way back! Happy running, everone!
