Opinion on massage guns,
Hi fellow warriors, Could I ask if anyone has used these
massage
guns and if they’re any good. If so, have you any recommendations on which one to buy. Thank you in advance Well wishes to all, Jen x

New and seeking advice re iron and vitamin D
I have never taken any medication, but I have tried most complementary approaches (magnesium,
massage
, etc.). At the moment it is worst during the day and in the evening. A parent had hemachromatosis, so I have just had my iron levels checked.

As for prostate
massage
, milking, and ejaculating more often, the jury’s out. I’d say
massage
is quite pleasurable when my prostate is OK, but no way I’d do it during a flare up. I can’t say it causes a flare up. Same for ejaculation. Usually it’s fine, sometimes it hurts after.

HU (Not)10k .. or what happened to the sweaty bear?
How I addressed the pain was - foot
massage
😊 - running rest since Tuesday - Injinji finger socks - stole my husbands shoes which are the same as mine but the male version, a bigger size and with only one run in them as hubby still struggles with calf muscle spasms.

RLS getting worse
I’ve tried
massage
products, iron, magnesium supplements and both hot and cold baths. Are alternative therapies worth exploring? The thought of living with this condition for ever is really getting me down. Any help or advice is very much appreciated!

My first Hill Sprints (yippee!) and first metatarsalgia (boohoo)
Also if I attend to it now with switching shoes,
massage
and exercises, I’m thinking I should be ok. I’ve read quite a few reviews of runners with the same symptoms, and how just a change of shoes, or exercises, or simply
massage
does its wonders and the pain never re-occurs. So here’s hoping.

Massage query
Hi just checking is it ok to have a de stress
massage
? My niece has booked a spa away day for us all and you can have facial and a
massage
. Some say it’s ok and others say no, it’s a bit confusing. I have CLL no treatment and been on watch and wait since 2015. Appreciate any advice, thank you.

Tales from the IC: Getting to know my Metatarsals (# 1)
- Rolling your foot arches slowly on a spiky
massage
ball or tennis ball, avoiding the areas of pain, as more pressure at the sensitive spots might create more inflammation. Allowing your feet to be ‘draped’ around the ball also expands the metatarsals to relieve pressure.

Spot under penis near frenulum
I went for a
massage
. The non RMT kind. I was somewhat shocked to be offered oral sex. It was protected. On Wednesday I had very vigorous sex with my partner (female). At the beginning I felt a sharp pain. Under my penis near the frenulum. We had sex again on Thursday night.

Does prostate massage help with erectile disfunction
Ok I have read that prostate
massage
can help with erectile disfunction, so is prostate massaging or milking a form of masturbation and does it produce a more intense orgasm, and does it help with e.d.

Recovery tips please for upcoming CRT-D device implant
Someone recommended scar
massage
to help regain good movement in the left arm / shoulder. Any experiences of doing this? Past minor ops have resulted in keloid scars and I'm told it will likely happen again. Any other tips on preparing for and recovering from this procedure? Thank you!

Anyone else tried cbd oil for massage?
Obviously 1
massage
is not a quick fix. You’ll need a few until it benefits you then decrease them. Wondered if anyone else tried this too and found amazing benefits from it?

Capecitebine - hand/foot syndrome tip
Also I find cycling and a short walk/jog first thing reduces the pain in my feet to almost nothing - the advice not to
massage
feet is good, as this floods more tissues.. however, exercise helps clear tissues.
