Ok I have read that prostate massage can help with erectile disfunction, so is prostate massaging or milking a form of masturbation and does it produce a more intense orgasm, and does it help with e.d.

I don't mean to sound irrelevant, but my cause of erectile dysfunction was being overdosed on blood pressure medication.

I was taking Amlodopine, Metoprolol (50mg twice a day), and Losartan. They took me off of amlodopine as my blood pressure was low and halved my medication for metoprolol.

I did not masturbate for about 6 days after my vasectomy, and my erections were incredibly strong, just like when I was a teen.

In short, not masturbating for some days and easing up on medications (under a doctor's supervision) showed me that my body is capable of full, strong erections. The trade off is that you have a higher chance of having strokes.
