A little Hope for Christmas Day
A long list of chemo's, trials, radiation, diet changes, supplements, mental therapy,
massage
therapy, searching for the right doctors....... it's too much to recall all of it. I have been at her side the entire time, and I know that she has turned this struggle into a full-time job.

Massage Therapy
This has been such a beautiful experience for Mom. She is so relaxed … hands, arms, shoulders, legs, and her most favorite is her scalp. In-home therapist is just what she needed.

TMJ and migraine
The dentist recommended a soft diet,
massage
and painkillers . After a couple of weeks of this I am now hungry and in pain - with no improvement in the jaw pain. My doctor says this is an issue for the dentist but the dentist does not seem to have any more advice to offer.

Deep heat, deep freeze, or massage oil?
I've been massaging my legs for 1-2 min each night before bed, and it seems to help a bit. What has your experience been? Also, have you tried something like deep heat or deep freeze, and how did that go?

Pelvic pain - where next?
I’ve been given advice on deep breathing, tips to reduce gas build up and advice on internal
massage
. I’ve seen them 3 times and on my 3rd visit the PT said I just needed to carry on with this and would discharge me.

neck pain
I have tried different pillow positions, heating pad,
massage
, muscle rub medications, and anti inflammatory medications. Heat seems to help, but only slightly. Has anyone tried Botox injections or muscle relaxing medications for this problem?

What is lymphedema?
Certified lymphedema therapists often pair compression therapy with a specific type of
massage
, called manual lymphatic drainage, as well as stretching, exercise and pumping the lymph out of the soft tissues.

Can anyone recommend essential oils for depression, sleep difficulty and /or pain?
In addition to this, sometimes I
massage
her with natural hemp seed oil, which she found to be useful even for any aches and pain.

Opinion on massage guns,
Hi fellow warriors, Could I ask if anyone has used these
massage
guns and if they’re any good. If so, have you any recommendations on which one to buy. Thank you in advance Well wishes to all, Jen x

New and seeking advice re iron and vitamin D
I have never taken any medication, but I have tried most complementary approaches (magnesium,
massage
, etc.). At the moment it is worst during the day and in the evening. A parent had hemachromatosis, so I have just had my iron levels checked.

Chronic prostatitis for over 30 years.
As for prostate
massage
, milking, and ejaculating more often, the jury’s out. I’d say
massage
is quite pleasurable when my prostate is OK, but no way I’d do it during a flare up. I can’t say it causes a flare up. Same for ejaculation. Usually it’s fine, sometimes it hurts after.
