I was recommended this by a dermatologist and I have found it to work. Moisturise feet at night, then wrap in clingfilm, then put on light socks (to keep the film on ) Sexy! ! Also I find cycling and a short walk/jog first thing reduces the pain in my feet to almost nothing - the advice not to massage feet is good, as this floods more tissues.. however, exercise helps clear tissues.

Definitely going to try this. I've been putting on gobs of moisturizer at night and then a light sock but the sock just ends up absorbing all the moisturizer.
I'm glad you have found something that works to help this side effect. Have heard that this hand and foot syndrome happens to many on this treatment so this will be a good suggestion for those experiencing this.
I used Udder cream. Works. There is a Dove cream I tried. Good luck. Reenie
I don't have this side effect as I am not on that medication but it was wonderful to read a suggestion for relieving some side effects. Thanks so much for sharing. That is just what this forum is about sharing support and solutions to problems. I have found Udder cream to be a great moisturizer for callouses on my hands from using my walker.
Cheers, June S.
