Spot under penis near frenulum

Hello. So bit of a complicated story.

On Tuesday. I went for a massage. The non RMT kind. I was somewhat shocked to be offered oral sex. It was protected.

On Wednesday I had very vigorous sex with my partner (female). At the beginning I felt a sharp pain. Under my penis near the frenulum. We had sex again on Thursday night.

I noticed on Friday that I had a burning pain under my penis. I took a picture and saw a small red area is there near the frenulum.

Super freaked out, as I am sure it just a skin tear that is healing.

Just looking for thoughts. Appreciate your support.

Seems like you overstretched and caused injury to your frenelum. I would definitely monitor for signs of infection and seek medical attention if pain persist. Unfortunately, injuries to the frenelum take time to heal.
