Perineal Massage Oil...Which oil would you recommend?

Hello everyone! I am in my third trimester and I would like to try the perineal massage. Which type of oil would you recommend? Many thanks in advance.

I used my expert midwife, peri prep your bits, and then I used their spritz for bits after birth. I really like their products and I got a free nappy cream from a deal with Boots.

I also used Expert Midwife - it was really nice but unfortunately didn’t work for me 😬 their Baby Bum Balm is really good for nappy rash as well!

I also used My expert midwife peri-prep your bits and didn’t tear, but did have a very smooth, controlled delivery so that could’ve also been a reason!
