Water and magnesium
I know she was only trying to help and I think I'll switch my
magnesium
from citrate to marine and see. Anything is worth trying. Did feel she was telling me off though!

Advice please
I had a senior moment this evening and when I went to take my
magnesium
as I do every night, I mistakenly lifted my levothyroxine and took it instead. I normally take it in the morning. Should I NOT take it in the morning now or should I just carry on as normal.

Prep For Thyroid Blood Test?
But unsure about vits, I’m taking Fish Oil,
magnesium
, B Complex, D3+K. I also SI B12. I think I heard one should stop the B Complex 72hrs before because of B6. Some confirmation, addition or amendment would be very welcome. Thank you. 🙂🇬🇧

New to this group! I am GoodWalkerme.
I have enough dietary calcium, so I am taking D3, K2, and
Magnesium
supplements. My GP did a full blood profile all levels came back within normal parameters. This is very early days for me, and I remain inspired, and supported by the many people who post on this site.

Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
I also take NAC, DIM, calcium d glucarate, omega 3,
magnesium
. All I read is women having multiple surgeries for severe disease. I have adenomyosis too so I know I may need a hysterectomy at some point.

Which magesium to take?
Several people have recommended
Magnesium
Bisglycinate. Is this a good alternative and does it help with promoting sleep? Advice would be welcomed. Thank you.

and potassium tabs.

Thyroid meds with calcium?
I am having a very hard time fitting in calcium (two 500mg doses), iron, and
magnesium
, all of which I need and have to be taken apart from each other. I also take Pepcid (for gastritis) 30 min before dinner. This can interfere with absorption of all of the above.

Supplements
I started to take some (not sure if it was
magnesium
or Vit D or Coq10) and it made my AF worse. Have spent hours scouring the internet and looking at specific ingredients but thought I’d ask here to see if anyone can share their knowledge & experience. Thank you!
