Parkinson's may progress more overnight - what do you use to help you get a good night sleep?
I believe
magnesium
is supposed to help. I've been taking
magnesium
-L-threonate, which I have read is one of the better forms of
magnesium
for getting into the brain.

Lanzaprozole and magnesium deficiency
Also would it be worth taking a
magnesium
supplement to redress any insufficiency issues, and for how long?

He has ordered a full iron panel and checking B12 and
magnesium
levels. In all he is doing 3 panels. He is also doing nerve conductivity test. He said that once we received the results we would talk about coming off the Ropinirole.

Help boosting thyroid without medication?
I have been taking
Magnesium
and Vit D spray daily as well as Thyroid Complex by Biocare but I think I need to take more supplements, I have managed to get my ferritin up to a better level of around 70 after years of taking iron supplements.

Injections
I've been taking 5000 b12 supplements, b complex with folate, d3 and k2,
magnesium
. I stopped taking iron until can get full iron test done. My ferritin in Nov was 57. I did try and go back to my GP but no luck as I am in range. Thanks 😊

Otherwise, Vit D&K2 spray, Vit B complex and
magnesium
supplements. I am feeling 'out of sorts', having afternoon naps again and cold feet. GP will not increase thyroxine dose because of TSH level. My T4 levels have increased however my T3 have not. Should they have done by now?

Using up my B1 Thiamine.
So I would simply increase to 4 times a day but I had scheduled my next trial to be
magnesium
. For many reasons none of them connected to following or hoping I can magically find what works best that is likely the best course of action.

Blood tests advice please
Supplementing w 3 Arrows Heme x2 / day, 7000 D3/K2, Thorne B Complex,
Magnesium
400 mcg, all optimal levels when last tested in December '23. Endo has today suggested I increase T3 to 10mcg and levo to 175 on weekends only and not see him again for 4 months "to let levels settle".
