Difficult to read your results but can't see any thyroid tests mentioned. Can you write those is, please? Results and ranges. Just being within the so-called 'normal' range is not the same as optimal.

I also take magnesium and b12 supplements calcium 1500 and Vd 500 once a day

Do you also take a B complex with your B12? Just supplementing one isolated B vit won't help you much because the Bs all work together.

Why are you taking all that calcium? Not a very good thing to take because it's poorly absorbed and tends to build up in the blood.

Taking vit D increases absorption of calcium from food, but you have to take vit K2-MK7 with it, to make sure that calcium goes into the teeth and bones, and doesn't build up in the soft tissues and arteries.

OK, but you do need to take that vit K2-MK7 with it to avoid absorption problems.

Look at increasing ferritin by increasing iron rich foods in your diet

Add a daily vitamin B complex to improve folate and balance all B vitamins

supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in (not folic acid)

This can help keep all B vitamins in balance and will help improve B12 levels too

Then once your serum B12 is over 500 (or Active B12 level has reached 70), you may be able to reduce then stop the B12 and just carry on with the B Complex.

If Vegetarian or vegan likely to need ongoing separate B12 few times a week

B vitamins best taken after breakfast

Igennus B complex popular option. Nice small tablets. Most people only find they need one per day. But a few people find it’s not high enough dose

Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule) Thorne can be difficult to find at reasonable price, should be around £20-£25. iherb.com often have in stock. Or try ebay

IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg) and continue separate B12
