Hi everyone
My
magnesium
, and potassium levels dropped so low. I was vomiting and declined for 10 days. I am extremely lucky and so very grateful to be alive 😄 I have a telephone consultation with my rheumatologist on 6/7 but I would like to know if anyone can help me. Can LUPUS attack the colon and bowel.

Back to my leg pain issue
I use
magnesium
oil and it helps a little for a short while, but not a solution. I also take
magnesium
supplements. I'm wondering if the following might help: Stopping eating meat? Any supplements I should try or lab tests I should do to rule out some deficiency?

Split T3 dose effectively
I'm not 100% sure if the
magnesium
glycinate interacts with the T3, but my tablets already have
magnesium
stearate as filler, so i hope nothing bad happens. My tablets also seem to not have any coating, so this should be fine.

Advice on medication
Up to now I have managed with iron supplementation and
magnesium
spray as medication usually has bad side effects with me. I was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome 3 years ago. Not fibromyalgia as they said I didn’t have all the sore pressure points that were required to label it fibro.

Replies to past posts on
magnesium
are scant so maybe it's a difficult one for CKD? Does anyone have it tested regularly? Any relevant advice/experience re below? For my mum, Id be interested to know if/how people manage (besides just leaving it to doctor).

Magnesium Taurate recommendation
I also tried Holland and Barrett’s
Magnesium
Citrate which is less expensive than Taurate, but has a laxative effect. Also, how much taurine in the
magnesium
tablets is good for the heart? I’d prefer to buy some from a high street store if possible.

Magnesium
