Trying to follow a healthy lifestyle while on long term drug therapy
I take a high dose of vit D3 daily,
magnesium
and a multivitamin/mineral supplement as out Health service would prefer us to take zero supplements. A continuous battle between toxic chemicals (in drugs) and healthy life giving food causes my digestive system to be under stress.

Sleep issues!
When I don't sleep at least 7 hrs I am a zombie the next day...Take 1 mg Klonopin and 6 mg of Melatonin plus
Magnesium
Glycinate but always wake up after about 4 hrs of sleep and rarely get back to sleep. I'm taking a sublingual Melatonin but it's full of sugar and fillers.

I try to drink lots of water, take

What does reducing look like for a person with no adrenal function?
I was at 3 and reduced one quarter one day. 4 days later I started having anxiety which
magnesium
capsules helped (I am seeing a wellness nurse practitioner) The next week I decreased a quarter 2.75 on the same day. Both on Mondays. Four days later I have never felt so awful.

Inflamation/magnesium
So I decided to see if I could get a reading and take supplements, but was told that because I was now taking prescribed blood thinners, It would be unwise as
Magnesium
would also thin blood.

I know
magnesium
helps with RLS as I used to use a
magnesium
cream before being prescribed Pregabalin so thought I might take a supplement as extra insurance as well as its other benefits. But I don’t want it to interact with anything else.

Blood Test Advice
At the moment I supplement with Vitamins B12, B complex, C, D, K2 and Turmeric, Selenium and
Magnesium
. I have stopped B complex but is there anything else I should stop before the test. I know not to eat or take meds before the test. Thank you.

molecular hydrogen… what do we think people?
It appears it is metallic
magnesium
in a tablet with some food acids so a chemical reaction occurs to produce the hydrogen. https://humanoptimization.com/products/molecular-hydrogen/?inf_contact_key=dfc54b7ff53610a137e0ab9337ae0188842e902fbefb79ab9abae13bfcb46658 What do we think?

Water and magnesium
I know she was only trying to help and I think I'll switch my
magnesium
from citrate to marine and see. Anything is worth trying. Did feel she was telling me off though!
