Only you can know if they're ok. How do you feel? Difficult for anyone to comment, anyway, with no FT3 result. The FT4 is nice and high but it's not T4 that causes symptoms. What you need to know is how well you convert that T4 to T3, the active hormone. And you can only know that by testing FT4 and FT3 at the same time.
And, I suspect the FT3 might be a little on the low-side, given your TSH, and your low nutrients:
FERRITING 50.20 - RANGE 13-150
SERUM FOLATE 7.46 - RANGE 3.89-26.80
B12 446 - RANGE 197-771
Ferritin should be more like 100 - try eating more iron-rich foods, with a source of vit C.
Folate should be at least over mid-range.
B12 over 550. But just taking B12 in isolation won't do you much good because the Bs all work together and need to be kept balanced. You need a good B complex - one with methylfolate - to take along side your B12. Berocca contains folic acid, which is not well absorbed. And it doesn't state which form the B 12 is.
Berocca is basically a multi-vit, which are never recommended on here - although this isn't as bad as some. But, it contains calcium and zinc, which should both be tested before being supplemented, to make sure you need them.
Also, it doesn't state with form of magnesium it contains, it's important to know that. But so little of it that it's not likely to do much good. Plust, zince and magnesium should never be taken together. Bit of a waste of money, really.
