100-150mcg of T3 but STILL COLD AND TIRED
Other supplements I take are
magnesium
, iodine, selenium, l-tyrosine, and an all-round multivitamin. I am not at the financial means to start working with a functional medicine doctor. So please, does anyone have any idea wtf might be going on.

Depressed and desperate
I have tried all of the suggestions that I’ve read here (
magnesium
, and now an exercise massage gun, and potassium, chamomile tea), along with those I know are bad for RLS: wine. All I want to do is fall back to sleep. I find myself obsessed with this madness.

DEXA scan - help please interpreting my results and help with my suggested regime to improve my bone density
In terms of supplements I take vitamin D3, vitamin K2, calcium and
magnesium
to improve my bone health. Overall, I do hope the hopping exercises will help but very grateful for help interpreting my results and for guidance too as to what I should do to improve my low bone mass. Thank you.

But I do need the
magnesium

Blood test help
I also take Vitamin D, C, K2 mk7, Selenium,
magnesium
and usually take B complex, although have ran out and need to re-start. I am aware that I should fast and avoid my thyroid medication for so long before my blood test, but she tested me at my appointment one afternoon.

Update on "should I delay increasing gabapentin" and Magnesium
I saw my doctor and he suggested
magnesium
. When I mentioned this to my husband he told me that the bone renewal that we take for osteoporosis contained
magnesium
. Sure enough, the 5 capsules I took each day had a total of 420 mg or 84 mg for each capsule.

Symptoms increasing ....latest test results
I also supplement with
magnesium
citrate 2.5 daily. This has now become ineffective. In January I had a colonoscopy and in February Abdominal CT scan. Can these upset the metabolism of gut more than normal? If so how long before things start improving.
