Chronic Insomnia Part 2
Last night, I had a diphenhydramine tablet, a high dose of
magnesium
glycinate, apigenin, glycine, and a small amount of melatonin, but I still couldn't sleep. We're desperate for any advice or solution. Thank you and thank you to everyone who responded to my post 3 weeks ago.

On 60 mgs, potassium low, magnesium low, cramps, dizzy, fatigue ,the runs etc...
Due to reduce to 40mgs tomorrow but really feeling very strange, balance off, BP low for me, I'm on 2 x meds for BP which are contraindicated with steroids as should increase BP?? The symptoms are consistent with low potassium levels (call from hospital to tell me that) but worsening. Eating everything

magnesium and implantation
Hi, I was reading the other day that
magnesium
supplements help with implantation but now seem to have lost that post. Can someone guide on the above and suggest any
magnesium
supplements they have been using? Thanks

Sleep issues!
When I don't sleep at least 7 hrs I am a zombie the next day...Take 1 mg Klonopin and 6 mg of Melatonin plus
Magnesium
Glycinate but always wake up after about 4 hrs of sleep and rarely get back to sleep. I'm taking a sublingual Melatonin but it's full of sugar and fillers.

3 week Update
She feels the
magnesium
may be behind it and persevering with it but I'm not sure it's the culprit as we have only started out and the doses are not the full recommended daily dose. Her sleep time is reducing.

My first results after beginning 5mcg T3. Is my FT4 & FT3 too high now?
(Range 73.8 - 507.0)
Magnesium
1.0. (Range 0.7 - 1.0) I’m feeling well with just this small amount of T3 added, but worried that my FT4 level is too high for good health? Would be really grateful to receive your thoughts on these new results please?

Been upping my folate/ B12/ vit D/

Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
I also take NAC, DIM, calcium d glucarate, omega 3,
magnesium
. All I read is women having multiple surgeries for severe disease. I have adenomyosis too so I know I may need a hysterectomy at some point.

magnesium glycinate
I have restless legs and thought I would try taking
magnesium
glycinate to see if it helps. I bought some from Amazon (
magnesium
glycinate 3-in-1 by Nutrition Geeks). I have only taken two tablets so far.
