Still no treatment. After nearly 2 years of tests and consultations
I am also taking vit B6, omega 3 fish oil, zinc, soluble vit C and liquid iron with added vit C and
Magnesium
at night. I was taking folic acid but then stopped as I read it can mask a vit B12 deficiency but my sister in Law says the opposite so im confused.

mood supplement Advice
I supplement with vit d, selenium, b complex,
magnesium
and iron for anaemia. And probiotics. My main issue that is bothering me most though, even above the pain is mood. I’m not depressed, but I feel in a bad mood a lot, irritable, angry no patience. Like I am pre-menstrual almost.

Reverse T3 Tips
The GP recommended an increase in Zinc and selenium and b vitamins,
magnesium
and ALA. But I'm not seeing a massive difference in my symptoms. Has anyone with high reverse T3 tried anything else? Thanks for any help / advice. Rem

Feeling grim after hospital stay for AF episode - advice please!
After a somewhat lengthy process I eventually returned to sinus rhythm with the help of more flecainide, more Bisoprolol and a new one for me, IV
magnesium
. I was discharged last night and have appointment on 24 July for CT/angiogram as there were some new changes in my ECGs.

Magnesium question
I keep seeing
magnesium
content on supplements and know I have to look for elemental on the label. But that's as far as I've got with
magnesium
. Thank you!

Last dexa was good news
Then at bedtime I take two 10mg melatonin and a
magnesium
citrate which both help me sleep good. I spent months reading labels to try and spread out my calcium intake through the day and make sure I get 1200.

Organic fruits and vegetables are typically not so sprayed. 2) When I switched my daily
magnesium
supplement from
magnesium
citrate to
magnesium
glycinate I had return of RLS discomforts.
