I took the test just after 8am, water only and 24 hours after my last dose.
I have been on100mcg Levothyroxine since it was increased from 75mcg in early 2022 (Accord). I take it in the morning and only have water until breakfast 2 hours later.
I'm gluten free, vegetarian and I'm not taking any vitamin supplements.

Always take Levo on an empty stomach an hour away from food or caffeine containing drinks & other meds. Many people find taking it at bedtime works well for them.
You aren't converting well but this may be improved by getting all vitamins raised to optimal & changing the way you take Levo.
Your FT3 is too low so it looks like you aren't converting well.

We do need OPTIMAL levels of vitamins for our thyroid hormone to work well.
Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Folate is low. We should aim for over 50% of that range.
A B complex would help keep all the B's in balance.

Many with autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's benefit from a gluten free diet. A smaller percentage of those also need to remove dairy from their diet to feel well. These are intolerances and will not show up on any blood test.
