mood supplement Advice
I supplement with vit d, selenium, b complex,
magnesium
and iron for anaemia. And probiotics. My main issue that is bothering me most though, even above the pain is mood. I’m not depressed, but I feel in a bad mood a lot, irritable, angry no patience. Like I am pre-menstrual almost.

I can't sleep feel like my heart is going to stop
For the past couple of days , I have been taking
Magnesium
Glycine and I have been sleeping ok. I didn't take it today so I don't know if that is part of my problem. Ever since I started my medication I have been cautious in taking that supplement.

Slow Breathing Practice
Thanks to this great forum, I changed my diet, alcohol and gluten free, vegetarian and above all food rich in
magnesium
and potassium. I have been watching numerous videos and reading a great deal of books on slow breathing but I am finding it challenging to put it in practice.

Last dexa was good news
Then at bedtime I take two 10mg melatonin and a
magnesium
citrate which both help me sleep good. I spent months reading labels to try and spread out my calcium intake through the day and make sure I get 1200.

Is taking Magnesium Supplements not advised with Levo?
I've read somewhere (sorry for vagueness) that taking
Magnesium
Supplements with Thyroid pharma drugs can cause issues. Any thoughts on this? Mag is very important but recent bloods have come back indicating low function and I am having antibody blood test and throat scan this week.

magenesium supplement.
I have been interested in comments about taking
magnesium
. However there are so many different types it's a tad confusing. I would like a high quality supplement from a reputable supplier. Any tips would be appreciated. thanks as always. 😀☀️
