Magnesium taurine

Hi all

I read a post about people taking magnesium with taurine, but they were having trouble finding it together in one product. I found that dolphin fitness do a combined capsule. I use the firm often and I find them to be very reliable and well priced. Below is, hopefully, the link.

thx. I take mag every evening with Cherry C so that the body can absorb it better. My ones are Mother Nature Mag complex (Mag glycinate/taurate/L-threonate) and DG Supplements Mag threonate/taurate/bisglycinate. I take iron and vit C 3 or 4 mornings a week. Have to take mag and iron well away from eachother.
