Can of worms
I supplement with vitamin D, B12,
Magnesium
, vitamin C and Omega 3. I am very petite at 5 foot one inch and weighing 47 kilos. Recently I had a blood test and all was fine apart from my GP almost having a heart attack regarding my suppressed TSH. She insisted I reduce my T4 by 25mcgs.

Recently I heard that
Magnesium
was good for RLS, so I bought some at Waitrose. After two days I suddenly felt calm neurologically!! You can imagine how I felt. Anyway I had to come and tell you, in case this is the answer to your prayers. Regards Karen

Continued success with Vitamin B1
I still take a multivitamin, a vitamin d and a
magnesium
tablet on a morning as well as 64mg of iron on an evening before bed. I did also sometimes use a
magnesium
spray but have not needed to for a good month or so.

Minerals - Zinc, Magnesium & Selenium results
(See picture of results) I’m thinking my Zinc &
Magnesium
are not optimal as they’re quite low on the scale. My selenium is high so I’ll cut back on the Brazil nuts for a bit

Switching to NDT or adding T3?
I'm also taking a B-complex (one recommended on here),
magnesium
, vit D, zinc, selenium. I am also trying to conceive. I weigh about 60kg. I think I need to raise my T3. It's never been this low, usually it's around 4 or 5, and my T4 is always around 16, even after dose increases.

-
Methyl Folate
1000 mcg (not taking currently but took most of the year in 2023)
- Acetyl L Carnitine
1000 mg a day (taken in morning because it causes insomnia otherwise) - improve nerve quality and repair
-
Glycinate I found these supplements were helpful for me

please share your thoughts
I weaned myself off of Lexapro, exercise daily, have almost eliminated caffeine and sugar, take
magnesium
and soak my feet in a
magnesium
salt bath at bedtime. Most of these help sone but none help completely.

Combined supplements
Hi, does anyone have experience of taking a supplement that contains Vit D3, Vit K2, calcium, copper,
magnesium
, manganese, selenium, zinc and boron? It seems a nice option just taking one tablet a day, but is it actually more advisable to take things separately?
