gallbladder removal
Hello, I had my gallbladder removed a week ago today (keyhole). Recovery from surgery has been an absolute breeze, other than I slept for 4 days solid; despite telling pre op nurse, anaesthetist, recovery and ward nurse that I have PA and B12 deficiency and reacted very badly to an anaesthetic 10 years

diet info please
avoided prem as long haul flights pending. Lots of increasing pain so was almost desperate to start meds when home! now day 4 on 15mg and noticeable difference. Saw GP yesterday, thinks a ( diagnosed) frozen shoulder may not be helped by Prem. See comments about low carb diet. Any advice please

Some advice please
I then went under the care of a Functional Medicine practice as my symptoms of chronic fatigue, cognitive dysfunction and
low
mood
(amongst many other symptoms) had reached the point where I couldn't function. I had a DUTCH test which confirmed adrenal issues - low cortisol and low DHEA.

Just been diagnosed with PMR 3 weeks after having Gall Bladder removed??
Iâve just been diagnosed with PMR after 3 weeks of severe pain in shoulders, arm, wrists, hips & thighs. Taking 15mg of Prednisolone & will be starting Cali-D & Alendronic in a few days. My question is and no doctor has told me yes or no is this anyway connected to my bout of gallstones and acute pancreatitis

The things pred does to blood sugar & weight â oh joyâŠ
Apologies in advance to those who may have read a variation on this as a reply to a thread started by Shires123. When I was diagnosed with PMR nearly 4 years ago, I was also about 20kg overweight and I went on a 20gm carbs "keto" diet (based on information on the dietdoctor website recommended by others

While reduced sleep is an issue, extremely

Hi! I'm new and excited to meet others and learn about your journey
Good afternoon. I'm new to the group. I already posted an item, but thought I should introduce myself. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in 2010. Had a mastectomy. Went on tamoxifen for 2 years, then quit because it made me feel miserable. No chemo. In 2022, I was once again diagnosed
