Everything hurts, my
mood
is
low
and am getting really bad headaches. I'm so worried as the last flare up lasted 5 months. Every time my body has even the smallest trauma I get a bad flare up. I am not in any medication as my GP isn't taking my symptoms seriously.

I feel so terribly

in
mood
, so not eating the best, joints are painful so exercise is not enjoyable, I’m getting out for walks but coming home completely wiped out, weak and tired. (Sorry, I didn’t mean this to be such a miserable post!)

I can't remember a thing! Memory and cognitive function when on pred.
These can include the effects of the underlying medical condition, fatigue, insomnia from various things including pain and steroids, pain as an entity on its own, and any
low
mood
effects, which have their own impact on concentration and memory.

Low carb high fat lunch
The little pancake couldn’t be easier: whisk a large egg with a tbsp of ground almonds. Melt tiny bit of butter in a small frying pan, pour in mixture and lightly fry on both sides for a few minutes. Here I’ve served it with mixed salad and a dollop of cream cheese.

Weight loss has stopped
I’m a little confused, I started LCHF nearly 3 weeks ago ( I’m using recipes from the fast 800 recipe book) and have nearly lost a stone. This week my weight has stayed the same and I have lost nothing. I’ve been measuring my ketones and they are fine. Help? Any ideas? I’m still classed as overweight

Hello All I hope this finds you as well as can be. I am looking for advice from anyone who is/has been in the same situation as me. I have had this 'orrible illness for over 20+ years, and it has now got worse. I am not sleeping at night and struggle to get my breath, I had a session with my asthma nurse

Would you dare admit to “going freestyle”??
I know there is a valiant effort made by everyone here to support each person’s right to make their own medical decisions. I really like that. I also notice that most people here advocate following a medical doctor’s advice, which is almost always taking DMTs (Disease Modifying Therapies aka pharmaceuticals

Arythmia/irregular heartbeat and peak flow
Has anyone had arythmia? I think mine is being brought on by the fostair. Also a symptom of arythmia (irregular heartbeat) can be breathless and fatigue. Would your peak flow still drop if your breathlessness was a heart issue and not an asthma issue. I’ve been saying my asthma has changed this last

Late asthma diagnosis + regular low peak flow
Hi all, hope you are well. I was diagnosed with asthma last year just after the pandemic kicked off, as such it's been quite an isolating experience getting support. It started off with me getting chest tightness, in particular at night, as well as wheezing. Was given blue inhaler over phone by GP not

What to try next for my thyroid (+ to get pregnant)??
Hello everyone! I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2018 at age 38 as part of my fertility investigations (we have been trying to conceive since 2016). Then in 2019 I tested my antibodies and discovered it was Hashimoto's. When I first started measuring my antibodies in 2019, the TPO varied from
