The primary aim of the Trust is to initiate Clinical Trials of Low Dose Naltrexone. Whilst working to raise funds for trials, we have helped over 16,000 people to obtain LDN from a General Practitioner or Neurologist, either through the National Health Service or by private prescription. We have also been able to help people, not just in the UK but in countries throughout Europe, as well as USA, Canada, West Indies, Australia, New Zealand, and others. By using this website and from our downloadable newsletters, you will be able to read the stories of some of these people. We have helped many people with MS, Crohn's, IBS, ME and Cancer to name a few. The use of LDN is spreading. Our ultimate goal is for everyone to be prescribed LDN globally for all conditions where LDN could be of benefit

Designed by health experts, for people with long term health conditions, EXI uses the latest science and medical guidance to provide you with a safe, personalised physical activity plan, based on your current health status and physical activity habits. Your plan will be set at the appropriate level for you, wherever you are at in your physical activity journey, and gradually progresses over 12 weeks. Your plan will set goals for how often, how long and how hard the activity should be each week, starting as low as just 3 sessions of 10 minutes of low intensity activity per week. You choose how you achieve those goals, so there is no need to go to a gym or class if you don’t want to, you can do the activities you love. EXI includes a library of physical activity sessions set at the appropriate intensity level, or you can log your own activities in the app. EXI also recommends a wearable health device, such as an Apple Watch, to n order to understand your intensity levels better. EXI tracks your progress, so you can always see how close you are to your goals. If you have been provided with EXI by a healthcare professional, they can also see your progress, so you can discuss when reviewing your condition and treatment.
