hiya i have tried hrt patches and then moved onto elleste duet and have all.the side effects and tios on what works wi5 with stage 4 endo main thing is low mood and sweats.

recebt gynae said its the hrt causing the increased bloating and pain anybody else struggling with this??

Hi, I can't comment on the hrt you're on as I haven't tried that one, but I've tried 3 different ones and didn't get on with any of them. I got terrible anxiety, bloated tummy, water retention and constant bleeding Currently on Prostap injections so menopause symptoms are in full force! I'm currently trying herbal remedies instead. Menopause supplements and evening primrose capsules plus calcium. I got advice from a pharmacist first. Hope you feel better soon x
