Low mood

Hi all, I have suffered with low mood and 'grumpiness' despite having good blood levels. I have struggled with coming to terms with my diagnosis which was 4 years ago. Has anyone had this and if so, is there anything else which could be the issue if not the levels? Thanks

Feeling very low mood and emotional today, newly diagnosed and overwhelmed by the pain.

I wasn’t sure if it was that giving me low mood and anxiety with dizzyness. Long story short I have gone back into Sertraline this is my 4th day I feel the same anxious and low mood. I am on 25mg I can not remember when I started to feel abit better. I am having low mood and anxiety peaks.

He has noticed two side effects 1) low mood at times and 2) 4kg weight gain. Has anyone else noticed these side effects and any suggestions re these. He’s less worried about weight gain as he will sort this through exercise etc more the low mood.

Low mood. I took my normal Morningside yesterday and today and feel so much better!!

I was taking 50 mg until 2 years ago when it was reduced due to symptoms of palpitations, facial sweating, fatigue and low mood. GP has also recently diagnosed Sertraline for low mood. Do any of you know of any contraindications? Thank you x

Very low mood on verge of tears all the time. My chest aches as do my shoulders and one foot. I can't take statins so they're trying me on this. My cholesterol was 6 total and it's come down to 4.7 but I am on a low fat diet now and have lost half a stone so far.

I’m wondering when are they ever going to stop and I’m definitely menopausal with all the hot flushes/ exhaustion/ low mood etc! All my friends finished when they were 48/52 just wondering if there’s something going on with me! Or is normal to have periods at 55!

Since increasing my dose 2 week ago to 50mg I started feeling detached, mood low. I know hypothyroid causes low mood and increasing meds might cause an increase in sides until I get the dose right. Did anyone else feel detached? Numb? Hope it improves soon. Thanks.

MCV 102 Symptoms are very tired no energy, aching legs, irritable, low mood, depression, loosing hair. Headaches etc Also have lupus, Sjrogrens vitiligo. Appointment for doctor next week would you reduce to 150mg in the meantime? Thank you.

Hi What do you take for anxiety and low mood ? I have tried citalopram, nothing. And duloxetine it made me feel so much better but then I have educated myself about that evil medication and I don’t take it anymore.

been on lercandipine 20 mg and ramipril 10 mg bp still b 180/94 been over a year not coming down sure meds causing low mood deppresion

Hello forum users For the past year (in particular) I have had symptoms of hypo thyroidism , brain fog , low mood , achy bones . Am at menopause age too . A blood test results are a high TSH of 6.5 /T4 13.8 /TPO 257.

For over 8yrs I have had Fatigue Joint pain especially hip Low mood Hot sweats All put down to menopause. Then fibromyalgia. not on any medication. Anxiety has suddenly increased and itchy skin especially on my back at night. Easily fatigued. strangle tingling on the top of my feet.

This is how I feel when I’m in a low mood and don’t want to talk on phone or see someone in person. My former neighbor and I should be sisters.

Although due on a few days ago I haven’t had my period but I have felt like it’s been coming for the last 10 days. usual symptoms - back pain, cramping, low mood, fatigue etc. is it common to miss a period or for my cycle to change? Any experiences would be helpful to Hear! X

I also feel in a very low mood. Whether it down to the Trazadone or sleep deprivation I don't know. I would welcome your experience on this.
