feeling quite fed up, is it possible that interferon doesn’t work for me?
I’m not sure if my
mood
is getting
low
or it’s just disappointing that I haven’t had much luck with the PEG. my questions are - does interferon not work for everyone. Maybe I have stubborn platelets that won’t reduce with interferon?

Any advice on explaining severe asthma to doctors and nurses?
I had a frustrating experience at the hospital yesterday. I've been in a bad flare that's gotten progressively worse so last week I started my at-home protocol of 50 mg of pred a day and Ventolin 3x a day. Yesterday, on day 6, I was even worse so I went to the hospital. Because I wasn't wheezing and

Seeing endo on Monday – question about low TSH/hypothyroidism
Hi all, I’m still working to get an official diagnosis for the complicated mess of adrenal/thyroid/pituitary conditions I’ve been experiencing for the past few years and have a much-awaited appt with my endo on Monday. I get super nervous before any appts for fear of not communicating clearly enough

Advice needed
My main concern is that since starting the injections my symptoms of fatigue,
low
mood
, weakness, irritability etc have all got a lot worse and I’ve also got quite bad gastrointestinal issues now, ie diarrhoea and feeling nauseous all the time.

Social prescribing
So many individuals and their significant others helped with finances,
low
mood
, signposting to various outside agencies and so much more. I am so grateful for the help out social prescribing colleagues provide in our area.

My Crib on how I got to optimal dose of Levo - Not Gospel - just example take what you will from it.
Currently brain fog, fatigue, periods of
low
mood
(not
low
when dose upped) and other previously reported symptoms. Not driving (slowed reactions), needing to nap for 3 hours every afternoon then only able to do a couple hours light activity after that. Hard work to keep on top of things.

Anything about LCHF less than 3 years old?
I have just got back to the LCHF lifestyle after putting on quite a bit of weight during the pandemic (comfort eating cakes and biscuits 🙄). I’m reading some posts for encouragement but find they are all from around 3 years ago and wonder if there are any more recent ones? Not that I suppose advice

Hi wonderful people, this is my first post though I have been following the fantastic advice on this forum for a while. May I ask for help?
I have been dithering about having a private blood test following the return of my pre-medication symptoms - bloated tummy, constipation, lethargy,
low
mood
as I had covid mid March. I put these symptoms down to post covid recovery.

Prostap, bleeding and pain
I struggled at first with
low
mood
but patches have helped. In March I went to A&E as I had really bad pain, ultrasound showed nothing but I had a slight UTI. told it was probably endo related and to see my specialist.

Zoe - Personalized Food Mapping App
Which eating plan should you adopt? The Liver Diet, The Atkins, The Low Carb high Fat, The FODMAP?? Do any of them work? This question has bugged me for the last 40 years so I bit the bullet and signed up to the Zoe App and testing regime and although I am still waiting for results, quite interesting

Managing Your Condition
I'm due another routine rheumatology appointment in approximately one months time and as usual, a full battery of blood tests are required. I've had PMR for over 3yrs now and spent much time researching my condition and the effects the steroids COULD have on my body! I know we're all well aware of the
