B12 and low mood
My question is that my daughter is extremely
low
in
mood
, I don’t want to diagnose her but possibly depressed. Could this be due to B12 deficiency? Has anyone else experienced this and any advise to improve it because she’s too tired to really want to exercise (she usually loves dancing).

Gluten and Hashimotos
But twice now I could possibly link having a small bit of gluten to 10 days later feeling very hypo, symptoms being very
low
mood
, flat, apathy and more constipated.

Really worried about Mum post BI
She has refused all further input from community services and to me seems extremely
low
in
mood
and motivation. On top of this there is alcohol abuse which has been an issue long-standing but has never been to this extent, she has never lost interest in her life or family.

Current guesses (borrowed from several articles, papers, and studies). I'm seeing a pattern. Comments?
Over the last few months, I've been noticing some trends, and as I spent another nearly sleepless night reading and watching videos, some of the pieces seem to be fitting together. In short, it seems that more and more theories and studies are focusing on mitochondria. In particular, a "biochemical defect

Frightening, weird symptoms
My
mood
is very
low
and I was going to ask the doc for an antidepressant as I'm waking anytime from 4 am onwards and getting exhausted... also I'm not doing much in the house..just no motivation... to be honest the house gets me down as it's like me, old, tired and worn out.

Not sure if it is a touch of PTSD as have occasional flash back and mild panic attacks, the
mood
is mostly
low
. I've upped the sertraline recently and thats helped a bit but I can't seem to get used to what I am now compared to what I was.

My GCA/LVV experience
My GCA/LVV experience is a warning that the disease does not always present in the typical way we are alert for. I had headaches but no jaw claudication, no tongue pain, no eye symptoms, particularly light flashes in one eye. I had, had fairly typical PMR for 4 years, predictable, bilateral pains in

PeakFlow Readings
My peak flow readings never seem to change and I’m a little confused. My last one recorded at my GP surgery was 290, My dr wanted me to monitor my peak flow readings. There currently between 350-250. I currently have a Salbutamol inhaler a Fostair Inhaler and Montelukast daily. I’m not noticing much

Has anyone been prescribed low dose naltrexone (LDN) in the UK?
Hello fellow warriors, I've been reading up on LDN and heard some positive reviews aswell as current clinical trials for fibromyalgia. I was wondering if anyone has managed to get a GP or private consultant to prescrible it off label? If so what are your thoughts or experiences ? Thank you
