My story is a long one-I developed a squint and then mono-occularism around 5yrs otherwise fit and healthy though shy, quiet but determined. At the age of 13 I felt like someone had switched me on or woken me up but by 15 I had my first allergic response to food-Hovis wheat germ bread. I became muscular

Help… too young for lap
I have tried every pill available, I really struggle with
low
mood
and they just don’t agree with me. I have always been reluctant to try the coil with it being more long term due to my previous experiences of contraception.

Unsure about increasing T3
I initially felt much better on this dose and more like myself, however over the last couple of months (been on this dosage now since August 23) I’ve started to feel
low
again in
mood
and energy, anxiety creeping back in and just don’t feel I have much get up and go!

New to T3, advice please
Hello there, help please! Results listed below....I have always been symptomatic with Hashimoto's, diagnosed 2019. Was on just levo for years but after DIO2 testing and conversion rate of t4 to t3 being low I was started on a trial of T3 in march 2023. I always have blood testing between 8am and 9am.

Hi Penny
I have been left a borderline diabetic from the pred and also struggling between depression and
low
mood
swings. I am hoping as time goes by these mood swings will improve also panic attacks.

anyone tried low dose naltrexone for fertility?
Hi there, I'm just come across Low Dose Naltrexone and the LDN Research Trust and it seems to work miracles on both fertility and autoimmune conditions (I have hashimoto's - auto immune underactive thyroid) and have been trying to conceive naturally for almost three years. I wondered if it's something

leg weakness after attack
Hi, I am a newbie, but had asthma for years and it is getting gradually worse. I have had maybe 3 severe attacks and the most recent has had me off work for nearly 2 weeks now. In the past I have carried on going in (to my detriment) you know that work ethic malarkey. This time I took the time

Climbing TSH What should I expect to happen treatment wise
I’m very anxious and now starting to feel quite
low
in
mood
. I usually do weights classes regularly and walk 3 miles every couple of days. My exercise is how I look after my mental health and keep it upbeat and healthy. Now that my exercise has all stopped as I haven’t the energy.

Another new friend 🙂😸
A different walk, same road and different Cat 😸I am getting back to my regular walking again now following my recent back issue ! It's not back to normal yet but probably around 80% improvement. Not back at the gym yet but we will see what Wednesday brings . For now I'm happy to be getting out and about

Air fryer?
I've been eating LCHF for 4 years, and have experienced many health benefits from it. But while eating high fat, I have never turned to deep fried foods. That's mostly because I am not prepared to deep fry in my home, and outside the oil is mostly seed oils, that is highly recycled. Thus I have been

After reading a few articles it seems that the
low
mood
could mean that the dose is too high... please share if anyone has experienced this? Thank you.

Test result help (please)
We dropped the dose to 25mg and I felt ok on this, however except for a bit more energy I was still having other symptoms like
low
mood
, hair loss, dry skin, weight gain. My next blood test showed that my T4 levels were low again so the consultant said to try to up the levo to 37.5mg a day.

Stumped
I had my gallbladder removed on 31st August this year. Since then I've stuck to a very healthy low fat diet. No junk food, processed food, carry outs or sweets. My problem is I seem to struggle to have a poo in the morning?? It's a real effort!! I was on dihydrocodeine for back pain and decided to come
