Searching for a post that discussed how spinal injections were not a good option.
I've searched spinal injections, but this comment was in another thread. It was made in the past month or so. I am asking because I have an appointment with my rheumy tomorrow and I am hoping to address my Tinnitus in addition to my RD. I have been researching causes for Tinnitus and wonder if the

Hello...I'm a newbie here. Seeking Tinnitus help.
Hello all. I found your site after doing a search for Tinnitus on the NRAS page for Rheumatoid Arthritis/Rheumatoid Disease. I have had Tinnitus since December 2017/January 2018. I am seeing an ENT, but have only had one appointment so far. I am scheduled for a hearing test at my next appointment.

Knee treatment with lymphedema
Hi all, hope everyone is as well as can be expected. I have been having knee pain for a couple of years. Largely due to the bi lateral lymph increasing the size of my thighs thus causing my gait to alter throwing out ankles, knees, hips and back, like we all know it can. X-ray revealed arthritic wear

Knee replacement surgery under 30?
I’m 28 and facing a knee replacement operation. Has anyone on here had a total knee replacement under the age of 30? Been suffering since I was 16 and my right knee is now very worn down - consultant says knee op is only option left. I’m wondering how much it will improve my quality of life and how long

QUERY REGARDING KNEE REPLACEMENT AND LYMPHOEDEMA
Hello - I was diagnosed with - fortunately for me - mild lymphoedema in 2017 and have been wearing knee length compression stockings on both legs although the lymphoedema is only in one leg - I am shortly due to have a knee replacement on the affected leg and the leg clinic say I will then have to wear

Need organized thyroid info to take to new endo.
Had a dismal visit with PCP last week, asked for thyroid tests, she grudgingly ordered a tsh and a free T4. Usually I would have tests a week before my appt so results would be available for my visit and I could discuss them. Didn't happen this time. I tried to set up labs before the appt but she said

Hello I'm a newbie.. Here's my story. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1994, very little treatment available at that time. We started out with 38 treatments of radiation, opted out of removing the prostate since Dr. said, "cancer was detected in lymph nodes". Started taking Lupron months

My thoracic back MRI recently showed my heart to be enlarged.
My back is a mess, but I already knew that. My neck is a little better since my fusion surgery. What I didn't know was that within the last 6 months my heart has become enlarged. I had a pre-surgical echocardiogram and stress test done prior to my cervical Fusion and Total Knee Replacement and everything

Complex regional pain syndrome
My dr thinks I have complex regional pain syndrome as a result of a total knee replacement. I’m scared to death after reading about this. Do any of you have experience with this. I’m so depressed.

Post Whipples
I have been diagnosed with B12 deficiency two and a half years after my Whipples procedure. Still to have my first injection. I have tingling up my face and lips and a sore tongue. My tummy feels so tight. Don’t know if that’s to do with all the internal work they did when they removed my duodenum and

Tapering, pain!
I’ve been tapering down from 10 using the dead slow method recommended. I’m down to 8 and today I feel like I’ve been run over by a bus. Every joint in my body hurts, even my toes. I’m shuffling around the house moaning. I know life has been stressful this last three weeks. Various household disasters

Knee replacements
Hi I have had my left knee replaced but only the inside bit 4 years ago now. It has never been right since the word go. I am now having a lot of pain in the right knee . This is far worse then I had in the left one before I had the op. However they are telling me it's not too bad. I think personally

Prolotherapy Treatments
Has anyone on this forum actually had Prolotherapy treatments on their knee or ankle for arthritis pain instead of knee replacement or ankle fusion? It was mention by someone o few weeks ago but I never saw a follow up post. I have an appointment with a Prolotherapy doctor in April—just to explore
