Not getting better reflux and IBS C
Have had IBS C on and off for a long time. But all flared up last October with reflux. Have seen the gastro consultant had all the cameras and scans etc. Nothing sinister found. Under gastro dietician. She gave me hyfiber to try for the constipation. That seems to be the main issue, my stools are hard

Fatty liver slightly enlarged meds
My pain is getting worse with no hospital appointment on the horizon. My hospital said it’s an infinity list, no beginning, no middle and no end, but I’m on it. Today dr has told me to take omeprazole, and buscuman. Anyone else been given tablets like this for liver pain. Too scared to put more toxins

Still have bad days but rebound stomach burning when I try to come off. Tried hrt but found the progesterone triggers more digestive symptoms so didn’t try

HHM Training - Week 3 Day 1
Started the week off with a 15 minute recovery run as per usual on this programme. It was good to have a rest day yesterday to give my aching knees a rest. However, when I walked down the stairs this morning I felt like the old man that I nearly am. My knees were very sore. I got the massage gun and

Prednisolone and Omeprazole?
Just realised - should I be taking the stomach pills before the steroids? I'll only be taking the prednisolone for about a week and I have been taking with breakfast, but seem to remember something about the omeprazole.

Input would be greatly appreciated.
