Omeprazole twice a day safe 1st Trimester??
Hi ladies, I'm so sorry I'm so boring with yet another acid reflux question but I've never experienced anything like this!!! 😣 It's making me absolutely miserable. I was prescribed 20mg Omeprazole once a day a week ago and Doc said might need higher dose. It definitely has eased it slightly but only

Coated pred/ppi
Need some advice please. Currently on 10mg pred, have been on uncoated pred apart from a couple of times when needed a 2.5mg tablet to make up dose which were gastro resistant/coated. I previously asked GP if I could have all coated so I didn’t need to take omeprazole and was told even if I took coated

Tingling Sensation in hands and arms
Ever since I had 2 stents fitted last October I have experienced what I can best describe as a tingling sensation in both my hands and arms, although it is very difficult to give an accurate description. it is not really pins and needles, like you would get by lying on your arm, more of a feeling of

What do you think??
I have been in the habit of getting gastro resistant pred for 4 and half years. Because I have had stomach ulcers, gastritis and oesophagitis leading to Barrets Oesophagus. All of a sudden I am being told that I don’t need the gastro resist ones as I take Omeprazole for my tummy problems. Apparently

Gastritis is this pain normal?
Early hours of this morning I woke up with upper stomach/chest pains that was radiating into my upper back, the pain was so bad I couldn’t sit or lay down. I literally thought my chest and insides were tearing apart. Went to A&E and after an ECG and blood tests it turns out it’s not heart related

What is the safe time between taking levothyroxine and omeprazole, 6 hours?
Hi I'm new to hypothyroidism after Radioactive iodine treatment and have graves. I'm also still under adjustment of levothyroxine 100mcg at present and am getting heartburn quite a lot. I used to take omeprazole for acid reflux and understand that it affects the absorption of levothyroxine. Can I still

Sorry I'm asking lots of questions at the moment - I'm pretty new to the Hashis thing and the intricacies of it overwhelm me at times! My GP recently referred me to a neurologist re. numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. It's mostly noticeable at night, when I'm horizontal, and it keeps me awake

Hi guys From the following drugs I’m on, is there any of them that people know cause weight gain? I have had a MAJOR continual weight gain since March when I came out of hospital. I feel like I’m going crazy. I’m not eating any differently or any more than I ever did, yet I’ve ballooned. Please
