Help with blood results
Can anyone help with these blood results and tell me which other supplements i may need. (These were taken on 1st april). Having more done tomorrow but folate and b12 won't be included. Just to add these ones were done 6 weeks after my jab as the nurse didn't actually bother doing the b12 & folate before

What to do...
Hi folks. Since coming down with a cold at the weekend I have developed a chest infection which's made my asthma flare up so I am coughing and wheezing much more than usual. My asthma, which was only diagnosed towards the end of last year, still isn't under control which doesn't help. I am now on my

* Update For Nausea At Night *
Hi again! So I know it's been a long time since I've posted. I've been doing much better. I saw my doctor last week and she told me great information. She told me to stop taking whatever pills that I've been using every night. Instead, she set me up with an over-the-counter Omeprazole, tums, and MiraLax

PPIs
After reading Gutless's post about PPIs a few days ago, I decided to try to do without Esomeprazole and just use Gaviscon, and so far my heartburn and reflux have been not too bad. But my tinnitus (noise in my ears) is roaring loudly, much worse than it's been for 6 years, since I started taking Esomeprazole

Recently diagnosed
I've recently been diagnosed as having B12 deficiency. My level is 144. My red blood cells have become larger too. I've had symptoms for over two years. In that time I've been prescribed citalapram, zopiclone and diazepam for varying symptoms. The fatigued is unlike anything I have ever experienced

The rheumatologist wasn't exactly clear about any of it and the reading I have done is just confusing me more and more. Can anyone spell it out simply for me please... I originally went to the doctor with

What might come next?
Hi all, I'm wondering what might happen when I visit my rheumatologist in a few weeks. I'm into my first 3 months of 10mg mtx. My RA is still moving around my body. Back in December I had swollen, sore and stiff feet, neck, left shoulder, wrists, thumbs and fingers. My muscles in my arms are so sore

Rib pain??
Morning, For the last few days I've developed rib pain: radiating from the right side side on my back! My first flare -up just keeps going (since December) and evolving every day! I've just finished 2 weeks of omeprazole with 3 x 50mg of dicloflex which I was told to reduce after that. I know it contradicts

Mild asthma? No asthma?
I wonder if other people recognise this: - occasional flare-ups of probably fairly mild breathing problems; often no problems at all when just sitting and fairly out of breath when walking. - flare-up lasts about 3-6 weeks with fits of breathlessness mainly happening at night, rarely at day unless the
