non cardiac chest pain?
I have been advised following treadmill, echocardiograms , CT scan and MRI stress test that my occasional ( at least monthly chest discomfort) is not a blood supply issue as only mild plaque build up ( I am 62 male). They did find an ascending aortic aneurysm that I am seeing a heart surgeon about and

Nexium Control
I wanted to find something to try and ease my acid reflux and indigestion. (Worries the hell out of me since the HA). I went to the pharmacy which dispenses my prescriptions to ask which over the counter medication would be best and was advised to try Omeprazole or Nexium Control (Esomeprazole). I opted

I’ve lost my faith in the NHS altogether.
I put a post up 4 months ago about Isosorbide Mononitrate regarding unstable angina. I had to wait 3 months to see my cardiologist. As my unstable angina was getting worse, I decided to go private, as I was going to A&E too often and getting nowhere. Not one medic in A&E could help me. And after speaking

abdominal pain, could it be pancreatitis?
hi all, I have what the drs would call mild Lupus SLE, I’m having a gastric/abdominal pain flare up after thinking I could get away with eating the naughty foods and drinks over Christmas and new year. I’d been managing my lupus quite well recently so ate the things I knew I probably should but thought

Stomach Issues
Hi, I have been on Imbruvica since April 2018 and no treatment prior. My numbers are doing well. I have had many months of not feeling myself this past year. I can't pinpoint a reason why. I will have a very full feeling in my stomach and slight nausea much of the day. Some days worse than others where

Epigastric pain
Hi all I’m getting a dull pain in my epigastric region, that’s kind of the area just below your heart in the centre. I’ve had it for sometime how and mentioned it to the cardiologist but they don’t seem bothered as it isn’t directly my heart, even thought it started after my CABG. Im starting to wonder

GERD symptoms
Hi does anyone suffer with GERD. I am sure that is what I have with continuous burping, some bloating and regurgitation. I take Esomeprazole which means that the stomach acid is neutralised but the regurgitation is still unpleasant. The GP says I just have indigestion (!) so I have self-diagnosed
