I was wondering if anyone has had or is having similar issues to me at the moment? I had 2 stents fitted in the same artery 6 months ago and my medication is Ticagralor, Asprin, Antistatin & Omeprazole. I was on Bisoferol but didn’t like it so stopped it. My Cardiologist was ok with that. My problem

BP Meds
Hi Does anyone have any idea if there are blood pressure medications that can be taken intravenously? The only medications I can tolerate have once again bitten me in the rear. Since November of last year I have tried 3 times and ended with severe IBS from these meds each time. Blatantly obvious

Guidance reqd to taper off Omeprazole
I’m taking 20mg Omeprazole each day and I’m approaching 4yrs. (I’m currently taking 0.5mg Pred, and plan shortly to taper to 0.25mg, then similarly to 0mg). Lots of negatives about PPIs, and I’ve been on them a long time… I’m thinking bone health and a raft of other issues. 1) Should I taper the

Dr. Mark Porter's B12 Times article
Further to deniseinmilden's post I decided to risk my credit card and subscribed to the free trial of The Times to get the article. Here it is, for better or for worse! There are a lot of comments, some of which he replies to, sadly I can't reproduce them here. But I think it's good news in terms of the

Omeprazole query
My GP prescribed Omeprazole when I first had pred as I had had a few issues pre PMR with acid reflux. I have no acid reflux at all now. I have found out recently I have a hiatus hernia (through a CT scan for an unrelated stomach pain which has now completely disappeared). I am picking up from various

silent reflux & asthma
I was started on omepraze and gaviscon treatment for the above 2 weeks ago after an exacerbation of asthma. I think it has helped but not entirely sure as early days. I’ve only been given a months supply. Does anyone know if this is something you’d expect to be on indefinitely if it does work? I also

I want to stop omeprazol after 25 years of use
I am on Omeprazole more than 25 yrs. I want to stop it but when I omit to take one 20 mg pill I could not sleep at all. Can any one else have this experience? I would be so thankful, for any information because I feel that I am in a dark place, and bad mood. Thanks a lot in advance.
