Two months ago I asked you all for advice on this problem. Thank you again for all the helpful replies. Happy to report (touch wood) that while not 100% gone, I am feeling much more sanguine. No more chocolate later than after lunch, and then only a little high grade dark choc. Only one caffeinated

Prednisolone/Vitamin D3 timing
I’ve been suffering symptoms of PMR since June 2020 and started treatment in October 2020. Started on 15mg Pred and now down to 11mg - reducing by 1mg every 6 weeks. So far so good! Following original advice from GP I take all medication at 8am with breakfast - this includes Pred, Vitamin D3, Omeprazole

Any help re fatigue
I have had sjogrens for 17 years. Ruined my life which was so heartbreaking. Had to end a great career as was just too tired out. I have lost all my own teeth and have endless problems with my eyes. Using Ikervis. The issue for me is that I have profound fatigue. Every day is the same. Just utterly

Can someone please remind me of the mantra for taking these ? I am sure i read not to take Omeprazole with Pred as it affects absorption and know for sure that Omeprazole affects the absorption of calcium and Vit B12. Rib and shoulder pain
Hello. I had a suspected ulcer years ago after some epigastric pain and was put on 20g omeprazole daily. Not been too bad in general but seem to have started having flare up problems in the last year and I’m not sure what’s connected. My dr said to double my omeprazole dose when flaring up. 2 months

Colonoscopy in a few days. So scared!
Hi guys I'm a 42 year old female. Just after my son was born 11 years ago I developed excruciating stomach issues on the left side and was doubled in pain. I had to go to a walk in centre. It may be worth mentioning that I suffer from anxiety and PTSD, but I was under a lot of stress at the time. The

Nothing particularly remarkable about this run except its almost exactly 1K discrepancy between the treadmill measurement and the NRC app. Even going by the latter it seems I am getting faster. I still have mental battles during all of my runs, my mind constantly telling
