I need advice under standing how to take my meds and supplements.
I take omeprazole, (for gerd) Losartan 12.5 mg.(Blood pressure) Allegra 180mg ((Allergy)
Multi Vitamin, B12 1000mg, zinc 50mg, Gentle Iron 25 mg, 1200 mg of Gabapentin, I also take a sleep aid either Tylenol PM, Advil PM, or Trazodone 50mg.
The reason I take a sleep aid is I don’t have much movement with Restless leg, more extreme discomfort, and aches in leg, which keeps me awake, but with the Gabapentin and sleep aid I do get 6 to 7 hours of sleep.
I am getting really confuse to when and how much to take.
Any help, or recommendation, I would appreciated it.
Thank you in Advance.

Omeprazole interferes with the absorption of iron, so if you take iron at night take it in the morning and vice versa. Tylenol PM contains Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) which is known to make RLS worse so I would stop taking it. You might ask for ativan or ambien to help with sleep. Take your trazodone at night since it helps with sleep. Losartan makes RLS worse for most people so you might ask your doctor for propranolol (Inderal, Hemangeol,InnoPran) or an ace inhibitors such as Zestril (Lisinopril, Qbrelis, Prinivil) or Perindopril (Coversyl). Other possibilities are: Clonidine (Catapres, Kapvay) an Alpha-2-Agonist used to treat high blood pressure which may help RLS and which also treats insomnia. Discuss these possibilities with your doctor. The others can be taken at any time.
