A DJs Story.
For as long as I can remember I’ve loved music, it fills my heart with joy. I love all types but especially house/dance music, I was a teenager during the early 90s when the scene exploded and became something fresh and new. In my early 20s I learned to DJ - all vinyl and I loved it, I became very good

With Confidence
I began by trying to exclude any form of stimulant - alcohol and coffee were out and

and exercise were in. It helped a little but then I became obsessed with cutting out all potential triggers.

New here! How normal is this?
I was diagnosed with a bacterial middle ear infection after I started getting persistent ear ringing for a few days. This was diagnosed over the phone by an ENT doctor so it's possible that I didn't actually have the infection. I was prescribed amoxicillin. Is it normal for the ringing to persist even

Weight gain
I have been on 75 Thyroxine for 30 years and have always carried around an extra stone or more despite
eating
very little and choosing
healthy
options. In the last few months I have suddenly gained another half a stone despite nothing else changing…….I walk a lot, do Zumba Gold and Pilates.

Healthy eating with Acid Reflux, IBS and Gastritis.
What foods should we eat if we are suffering from Acid Reflux, IBS and Gastritis? And what foods should be cut off? I have heard that yoghurt is good for acid reflux but I had it a few days back and guess it's causing a negative effect on my body. I suffered from gas pain during the early morning the

HHM Training: Week 1 Day 3
Diet: I have switched back to very
healthy
eating
. I went through a period of ordering takeaways through Just Eat. It was in the lead up to my birthday when I felt I needed to constantly treat myself. By Sunday I realised the damage I’d done and started this training.

DR FREI. FACE MASK WITH VALVE - RECALL
My wife has just had a fascinating morning with Amazon as we received 6 e mails yesterday asking for these to be returned as it has been found they only have 5% instead of 95% efficacy as found in Iceland - the country not the shop. I just want to let you know that you can contact Amazon customer services

Help with bloods please
I am starting some Personal Training sessions and starting a
healthy
eating
plan so hopefully I can resolve that. Does this mean Carbimazole is slowly correcting the issue? I have an endo app at the end of the month. What can I expect from the appointment?

HHM Training - Week 4 Days 1 & 2
I’m
eating
healthy
now most days and so it’s only a matter of time before the weight comes off but I’m really not happy with how I look right now. The half marathon still feels a bit daunting but I’m getting in shape, slowly and steadily thanks to the NRC app.

Confused about zero carb/oil/fat diets for NAFLD/NASH
I thought
eating
olive oil, avvocodo, walnuts and
healthy
fats from fish was a way to reverse it or stop damage? Any insight would be appreciated, I'm too afraid to eat anything and have just stopped eating for the most part. Even though I know this probsboy makes NAFLD/NASH worse
